Homes for Northumberland are the leading Arms Length Management Organisation working in partnership with Northumberland County Council.  We are responsible for the repairs, maintenance and management of the Council’s housing stock across Blyth Valley and Alnwick, Northumberland.

We have 235 staff working over three locations in Northumberland who cover a broad range of occupations.  We also employ several apprentices in our Repairs & Maintenance Section working in our construction trades.
