Customer Services Centre
Homes for Northumberland has a dedicated team responsible for taking all your calls in relation to your tenancy, including repairs.
All incoming and outgoing telephone calls through the Customer Services Centre are now recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
We will:
- Immediately order your repair, or arrange an appointment for an inspection to check what work is needed.
- Our staff will take note of any special needs you may have and tell you what work we will order and how long it will take to do.
- We will agree a convenient appointment with you when you report your repair and will confirm the appointment in writing stating what has been ordered unless the work is to be done within 3 days.
- The night before your appointment we will also send you a text message confirming the appointment.
