Repair Centre Team
Homes for Northumberland has a dedicated team responsible for taking you repairs requests.
All incoming and outgoing telephone calls through the repair centre are now recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
We will:
- immediately order your repair, or arrange an appointment for an inspection to check what work is needed.
- Our staff will take note of any special needs you may have and tell you what work we will order and how long it will take to do.
- We will agree a convenient appointment with you when you report your repair and will confirm the appointment in writing stating what has been ordered unless the work is to be done within 3 days.
- The night before your appointment we will also send you a text message confirming the appointment.
