Barnes Road Bungalow Extensions
Four bungalows in Barnes Road, Felton were provided with a single storey extension to form an additional bedroom. As part of the scheme the roof coverings were replaced and off-street car parking also provided.
Concorde House
Solar thermal panels have been installed to Concorde House House sheltered unit which consists of 29 flats and a communal area in Holywell. The panels can provide up to two thirds of the buildings hot water needs and have been installed to work alongside two new condensing boilers and more efficient radiators throughout the building
Augur Place
Alterations have taken place to 6 bungalows at Augur Place, Alnwick to provide elderly residents with rear access from their homes enabling them to enjoy the communal garden. Ramps were also provided giving them safe access were also included within the scheme.
Ravensmede House
The roofing programme during 2010/11 included the re-roofing of a large property split into four flats at Ravensmede House, Alnmouth Road, Alnwick. The unusual roofing work was completed within budget by our partner roofing contractor
