Inspection Report
In November 2011, Northumberland County Council commissioned the inspection report below to review Homes for Northumberland:

We have welcomed this report and responded positively by implementing a set of actions based on the findings of the inspection. These improvements form the basis of our draft Delivery Plan for 2012/13. This is a draft document and is yet to be agreed. We are currently in a dialogue with Northumberland County Council to agree the final version of the Delivery Plan:
